Restaurant Rules & Policies


We are a full-service restaurant and bar. There is no table holding unless food/beverages are purchased.


No outside food or beverages allowed.


All ingredients and menu items are made from scratch everyday. Some items have limited availability.


21+ and up after 8pm.


Champagne bottles are given per set of tables bought not by each individual table purchased.


Finalized bill will automatically include a $25 cake fee for any outside desserts including sparklers, cutting, plates, napkins, to-go boxes, and cake cutters if needed.


All tables are treated as one total tab regardless of the # of split checks.


Reservations are held once a deposit is received.


The customers is fully responsible for all damages to the premises, equipment, glassware, and dishes.


Any customer who reserves a section or table is financially responsible for any guest in attendance in the event they leave before the total bill is paid.


Debit cards/pre-authorizations on cards may show a double verification but you'll only be charged for what you signed for.


Credit cards will have a credit card processing fee added to final bill.


All sales are final upon ordering. No refunds or exchanges.


There is a 2.5 hr limit on non-reserved tables during our busiest hours. No exceptions.


Gratuity on tabs of 4 or more or $30+ on Thursday - Saturday.


Automatic 18% gratuity every Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday.
